1. Order Pickup Policy:

Customers have 72 hours to pick up their items after placing an order. If items are not collected within this timeframe, you must pay for shipping on the final day. If shipping is not paid, the items will be returned to inventory, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Please note:

Orders placed using Klarna are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Klarna’s policies. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

3. Shipping Policy:

All non on-hand orders are processed within 1- 5 business days. Once shipped, items typically arrive within 3-7 days.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Sinsational Minks is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.

5. Signature Requirement:

All packages may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your order.

6. Dispute Policy:

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that filing a dispute for any received order may result in legal consequences, including potential criminal charges.
